ST. VINCENT DePAUL'S 2nd YEAR AT FOODSHARE WALK TO END HUNGER! THE FOODSHARE WALK TO END HUNGER BEGINS: ST. VINCENT DePAUL'S WALKERS RETURN:
The Walk totals are in. We came in 2nd this year, about $3,000 less than the winner (Hands on Hartford). That’s still very good – we received a $250 credit on our FoodShare account! The final total registered at FoodShare was $44,910.84. We had a few other contributions that sponsored our T-Shirts this year, in addition to a couple of late checks made out to our agency. After subtracting the costs for the T-Shirts, St. Vincent de Paul Middletown netted a very exciting $36,584.35! Last year we netted $34,614 – so we should be proud to exceed our total by almost $2,000!!!!
